Description
Singer/pianist Peter Eldridge is certainly known as one of the four long-time members of the New York Voices, but his adventures as an amazing solo artist and composer garner critical acclaim. “Full Grown Man” comes from his Decorum release, and Gerhard Guter brilliantly arranged it for Pacific Standard Time to sing at the 2018 JEN conference. The male feature weaves seamlessly in and out of the choir textures, accompanied by bass and cajon (or similar percussion). The vocal score also includes an optional vocal breakdown/build section (not in the demo).
Provided: Vocal score, written bass part, percussion part, optional tenor sax 1 & 2 parts.
Available in SSATB & SATBB. E2 required for low bass (D2 optional).
Demo by “Pacific Standard Time” from CSU Long Beach (Christine Guter, director) – Jazz Education Network 2018 performance with Peter Eldridge.
