Rob Hyatt has been arranging for much of his life. In high school he got hooked on the Hilo’s and the Singers Unlimited, and has spent most of his adult life chasing the long shadow thrown by his Highness, King Puerling. He’s another alum of Frank DeMiero’s amazing Soundsation vocal jazz program and has a quartet (with Jerry Jones) called Fifth Avenue which does, would you believe, wild Hilo’s-style arrangements. He’s currently living in Las Vegas and splits his time between singing with Fifth Avenue, singing Italian songs as a gondolier on the Grand Canal at the Venetian Hotel and serving as musical director/ piano player for the Frank Sinatra/ Barbra Streisand tribute show at the Riviera Hotel. He hopes one day to be a game show host.
