SCOTT DICKEN is a professional singer and musician in the greater Los Angeles Area. He is currently an instructor of music at Mt. San Antonio College where he teaches class voice, individual voice and directs a vocal ensemble. He is also a faculty member at Long Beach City College, where he teaches jazz and classical voice.
A strong proponent for music education, Scott maintains a private voice studio where he enjoys teaching and coaching students of all levels, from beginners to professionals, in styles ranging from Broadway and classical, to jazz, pop and rock. Scott has worked frequently as a vocal arranger and guest clinician for school vocal ensembles.
Scott has enjoyed a successful music career in Los Angeles. He worked as vocal arranger & session conductor for legendary record producer Bob Esty (producer for Barbra Streisand, Donna Summer, Cher). In 2013 he moved to Dallas, TX, where he worked as a session singer on radio station IDs, radio ad jingles and choral publishing demo recordings, and served as Music Director at Christ United Methodist Church, Farmers Branch, TX.
