This chart is part of the Natalie J. Wilson Fostering Jazz Series – designed to help beginning jazz students experience success!

Use this chart to teach your singers – and if you can, emerging student players – the basics of jazz swing! There are two distinctive parts that first get sung on their own, then combined to create a fun texture! Optionally, you can open up the middle section for improvised solos for your singers or players.

Range: Highest voices D4-E5; middle voices D4-C5; low voices A3-A4.
