Description

This is a unique approach to the classic composition by George and Ira Gershwin, as arranged by Jon Day. It starts with an optional soprano or alto solo and features a harmonized scat section based on Chet Baker’s iconic trumpet solo. There’s also an optional open scat section, which could be a nice, easy introduction for your students to create.

Range: Sop up to E5, Alto down to A3. Tenor up to F4, Bass down to A2.
