“Gotta Be This Or That” is being used as one of the audition pieces and repertoire pieces for the ILMEA All State Vocal Jazz Ensemble. We are providing students and teachers the opportunity to download the audition cut of the vocal score for a discounted price, and that copy of the vocal score is NOT authorized for performance, only for your audition.

This 1945 classic tune, made famous by Benny Goodman, features traditional 4-part harmony inspired by The Hi-Lo’s, an opportunity for a soloist, an improvised scat section, and a drum solo.

SATB Voicing Range: Sop up to D5, alto down to A3, tenor up to F4, bass down to D3.
