Composer Drew Zaremba penned “Pistachio” – a catchy boogaloo originally recorded by the One O’ Clock Lab Band at University of North Texas. Lots of room for improvisation, and a fun shout chorus which brings smiles to the audience and the ensemble! (Note: the big band version is available from the composer’s website.
